Waivers
Fill out a Waiver Before Your First Visit
If you have visited the park before and signed a waiver, we will have that waiver on file and no new waiver is necessary. To be sure, please call the park and we can tell you if we have one on file for your rider.
If you are accompanying your child to the park, please sign our waiver at the park when you arrive. There is no need to do the online waiver.
ONLY PARENTS THAT WILL NOT BE PRESENT FOR THEIR CHILD’S FIRST VISIT NEED TO USE THE ONLINE WAIVER
Do not use the online waiver if the rider is over 18.
Do not use the online waiver if you will be accompanying your child to the park. We will have waivers at the front counter for you to sign in person.
Parents of children under the age of 18 who will NOT BE PRESENT at the time of check in please follow these directions: CLICK HERE TO SIGN, follow the directions for our online waiver service through SignNow.com. If you are using a smart phone, you will need to download the app for free and sign the waiver electronically. Once you click “DONE”, we will be notified and your signed waiver will be on file with us. If you have any problems with these directions, please call us and we will walk you through. 216-631-7433
Riders under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult. That adult must remain present inside the park the entire duration of the visit.
If you are 18 and over you can sign a waiver at the park.
