NOTICE: A new waiver and consent form must be signed if you visited the park before the 2010-2011 Season. If you came last year and signed the new waiver, you're all set to go. (Cleveland and Milwaukee have park specific waivers.) Click here for the waivers. Fill in and sign the waiver that matches your age group (18 and Over, Under 18). ALSO: All riders must sign a separate consent form. Riders Under 18 not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian must have a notarized waiver. Riders under the age of 16 MUST BE accompanied by an adult. That adult must remain present inside the park the entire duration of the visit. Plan ahead.
